Portrait commissions begin at £795.

Boudoir does not require you to become someone else.

There are no compulsory outfits, prescribed levels of exposure or poses you are expected to perform. Intimate portraiture may mean a white shirt, a silk dress, a bodysuit, a suggestion of form in shadow, or something more revealing. The boundary is yours, and it can change at any point.

The intention is not to imitate a standard idea of seduction. It is to create photographs with composure, sensuality and emotional truth—without losing sight of the woman within them.

Why women commission this work:

Some women arrive at a milestone birthday or after a significant change. Some want to create a gift for a partner. Others want a record of themselves at this point in life, without waiting for a different body, a different age or greater confidence.

You are not required to arrive with a dramatic story or explain your decision publicly. Wanting the experience is reason enough.

Privacy is not a promotional promise. It is part of the process.

The studio is private, with no other clients, assistants or unnecessary presence. Before the portrait day, we discuss what you are and are not comfortable creating. On the day, we confirm those boundaries again.

Your photographs are never used on this website, social media, in print or in any other form without your separate and explicit written permission. Choosing complete privacy does not alter the experience you receive.

You are not expected to know how to pose.

I guide posture, hands, expression and movement throughout, while adjusting light and camera position specifically for your body. You are never asked to improvise while I wait for something to happen.

We work gradually. Nothing is rushed, and there is no pressure to reveal more because an idea was discussed in advance. You remain in control while I take responsibility for the visual direction.

During your consultation, we decide which visual directions belong to you. The finished collection may combine classic portraiture and intimate work, allowing the experience to unfold rather than asking you to step immediately into its most vulnerable part.

Note on hair and makeup

Professional hair and makeup is not included. You will receive clear preparation guidance, and trusted local professionals can be recommended if you would like to arrange these services before arriving.

Do not say that hair and makeup is “strongly recommended.” That makes the client feel the result depends on an additional expense and conflicts with your camera-ready model.

Boudoir portrait commissions

Commissions begin at £795 and include the complete experience with five fully finished portraits, five corresponding digital files and five matted prints.

The £1,295 Portrait Story includes ten finished portraits, ten corresponding digital files and a handcrafted ten-print folio collection.

You may begin with the five-portrait commission and decide at your private reveal whether the larger collection is right for you.
